Detoxifying
Another benefit of homemade bath salts is that they can help detoxify the body. Soaking in a tub of warm water with salt can help draw toxins out of the skin and improve overall skin health. The salt can also help remove dead skin cells, leaving the skin feeling softer and smoother.
Soothe Pain
Homemade bath salts can also soothe pain. The combination of heat and salt can help ease muscle and joint discomfort. Soaking in a tub of warm water with homemade bath salts can also help ease inflammation and swelling.
Boost Mood
In addition to relaxing, homemade bath salts can boost your mood. The scent of essential oils can help to improve your mood and alleviate stress. Soaking in warm water with homemade bath salts can also help you get a good night’s sleep, improving your mood.
Save Money
Another benefit of homemade bath salts is that they can save you money. Store-bought bath products can be expensive, but making your own at home is very affordable. All you need are basic ingredients you likely already have in your kitchen.
What’s in This Luxurious Bath Salts Recipe
Bath Salt Soak
Simply Earth’s bath soak is made with a heavenly mix of Epsom Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt, and Dead Sea Salt. The combination of these three salts offers various benefits for your skin, muscles, and overall well-being. Natrasorb Bath Powder
With the Natrasorb Bath Powder ingredient in this luxurious bath salt recipe, your soak time will be even more enjoyable! This modified tapioca powder is the secret ingredient that keeps the bath salts from clumping and ensures that the oil is evenly distributed throughout the tub.

Imagine sinking into a warm bath, breathing in the sweet, citrusy scent, and feeling all your stress melt away.
Almond Oil
Another key ingredient that makes this product so great is Almond Oil. Not only does it help to dilute the essential oils for safety purposes (we want you to relax, not worry!), but it’s also fantastic for your skin. Almond oil is a natural moisturizer that can help keep your skin soft and smooth.
Things to Remember When Using This Recipe
Always dilute an essential oil when using it on the skin. This essential oil recipe is unlikely to cause skin irritation when diluted properly. If the oil has oxidized (been left with the cap off for long periods of time,) it is more likely to cause skin irritation. Check out this dilution chart for diluting this essential oil properly.
