What’s in This Relaxing Bath Salt Recipe?

Bath Salt Soak

This bath salt soak perfectly blends Epsom Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt, and Dead Sea Salt. Each of these salts contains unique benefits for your body and mind. Epsom Salt is known to soothe sore muscles and aid in relaxation, while Pink Himalayan Salt can help detoxify your skin and promote skin hydration. And let’s not forget Dead Sea Salt, which is rich in minerals that can aid in soothing various skin conditions

Almond Oil

One key ingredient that makes this bath salts recipe stand out is the Almond Oil. Almond Oil not only dilutes the essential oils to make them safe for skin use, but it also has amazing benefits for your skin. It can help improve skin complexion and hydration.

Palmarosa Essential Oil

Palmarosa Essential Oil will help uplift your mood and promote skin rejuvenation. Its energizing properties will help awaken your senses, while its calming effects will leave you feeling grounded and relaxed.

Eucalyptus Essential Oil

With Eucalyptus Essential Oil, these bath salts are perfect for supporting your respiratory system and easing any seasonal discomfort you might be feeling. Plus, this oil has been shown to have immune-boosting properties and can help soothe sore muscles and itching. Another bonus: the energizing scent of eucalyptus can help perk you up and leave you feeling refreshed.

Natrasorb Bath Powder

Inhale, Exhale Bath Salts has an ingredient that makes their bath salt experience even more luxurious: Natrosorb Bath Powder. This modified tapioca powder keeps the bath salts from clumping, making them easier to dissolve and spread throughout the tub. Additionally, Natrosorb Bath Powder helps distribute oils evenly across the water, enhancing the aromatherapy benefits of the bath.
