Forest Breath Balm: A Natural Vapor Rub Recipe

Simply Earth’s Forest Breath Balm offers the benefits of the forest air in a compact jar. This natural vapor rub recipe can help support your respiration and make breathing easier. No need for that store bought chest rub!

What’s in This Natural Vapor Rub Recipe?

Coconut Oil (Solid)

One key ingredient that brings this recipe together is the Solid Coconut Oil. It helps make the balm into a perfectly smooth consistency for easy application and also has moisturizing properties that leave your skin feeling soft and hydrated.

Almond Oil

This natural vapor rub is made with only the best natural ingredients, including Almond Oil as one of its base oils. Almond Oil is a wonderful carrier oil that’s perfect for mixing with essential oils. It’s lightweight, non-greasy, and easily absorbed by the skin. Not only that, but it’s also packed with nutrients, like vitamin E and fatty acids, that help keep skin soft and supple.

Beeswax

Beeswax adds a natural strength to the recipe, allowing it to keep its solid form. This resinous, honey-scented substance is nature’s powerful binder and also serves as an emollient, helping to keep your skin soft and moisturized even as the rub soothes your chest.

Menthol Crystals

This Forest Breath Balm recipe incorporates menthol crystals, a powerful ingredient that can offer some much-needed relief. When applied, this balm provides a refreshing, cold sensation that can help open up your airways and alleviate congestion, making it easier to breathe and feel more comfortable.

Breathe Easy Essential Oil Blend

Here at Simply Earth, we know how important respiratory health is, which is why we included this blend as an ingredient in our Forest Breath Balm recipe. Breathe Easy Blend features a carefully crafted mixture of Fir Needle, Frankincense, Cedarwood, and Myrrh Essential Oils, perfect for soothing and supporting your respiratory system – all while harnessing the power of nature.

Cypress Essential Oil

Cypress Essential Oil is known for its immune-boosting properties, making it the perfect addition to a comforting chest rub. But that’s not all – this essential oil can also promote a sense of calm and balance, helping to center both the mind and body.

Ravensara Essential Oil

With its soothing properties, Ravensara Essential Oil can help soothe congestion and ease the discomfort of coughs and colds. Plus, it has been shown to help bolster your immune system, giving you an added layer of protection against seasonal illnesses.

Frankincense Essential Oil

Frankincense Essential Oil boasts immunity-boosting properties and is also known for its ability to promote a sense of calm and relaxation. In a world that often feels hectic and overwhelming, taking a moment to center yourself can be truly life-changing.
