What’s in This Self Love Essential Oil Blend Recipe?

Love Essential Oil Blend

Love Essential Oil Blend is an invigorating way to show yourself some love and regain your confidence. With its bright burst of orange, as well as its delicious combinations of Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, and Amyris Essential Oils, this blend will help you feel bold and powerful.

Cardamom Essential Oil

With its subtle sweetness, Cardamom Essential Oil has been used for centuries to uplift the mind, body, and spirit! The fragrance of the beautifully spicy oil is sure to bring a feeling of joyfulness – and a whole lot of swagger – wherever you go.

Ginger Essential Oil

When you need a little “oomph” before an important event, a few drops of Ginger Essential Oil is sure to work wonders. Its ability to increase our overall sense of well-being1 has been proven time and again, and its warm, spicy scent adds to its charm.

Fractionated Coconut Oil

Making a bold roll-on involves more than just knowing the right essential oil; you need to add carrier oil, like fractionated coconut oil, to dilute the essential oils and keep your skin happy. Whether you appreciate its bouncy texture or all the essential fatty acids your skin needs, fractionated coconut oil makes an ideal carrier oil.

Things to Remember When Using This Recipe

Always dilute an essential oil when using it on the skin. This essential oil recipe is unlikely to cause skin irritation when diluted properly. If the oil has been oxidized (left with the cap off for long periods of time) it is more likely to cause skin irritation. Check out this dilution chart for diluting this essential oil properly.
