What’s in This Spa Day Roll-On Recipe?

Tangerine Essential Oil

If you’re in need of a little pick-me-up, a spa day might be just what you need. Luckily, with the right essential oils, you can maximize those feel-good vibes. One of our favorites for uplifting is Tangerine Essential Oil. Not only does it smell delicious, but it’s been shown to help center the mind, energize the body, and promote an overall sense of well-being.

Downtime Essential Oil Blend

Are you in need of some serious relaxation time? Look no further than the Downtime Essential Oil Blend. This special concoction was specifically created to help you unwind. In it, you’ll find a special combination of essential oils that will work wonders on your senses. The blend centers you, calms your mind, and promotes rest—everything you need to feel rejuvenated and refreshed.

Fractionated Coconut Oil

Every time you get to mix up your own concoction, it’s important to choose the right carrier oil. That’s where Fractionated Coconut Oil comes in – it’s perfect for diluting those potent essential oils. And if you really want to let the scent of the essential oil shine, be sure to use an unscented carrier oil like coconut oil so that there aren’t any competing aromas.

Things to Remember When Using This Recipe

Always dilute an essential oil when using it on the skin. This essential oil recipe is unlikely to cause skin irritation when diluted properly. If the oil has been oxidized (left with the cap off for long periods of time) it is more likely to cause skin irritation. Check out this dilution chart for diluting this essential oil properly.
