Lately, I have been looking for more essential oil blends to use with my Mama Zwazo essential oil diffuser necklace. Since I’ve been working lots, I searched for a blend that will make me feel energized the entire day without having to drink too much caffeine!
I chose two of my current favorite essential oils: Cardamom and Blood Orange. They may not be a likely combination but when you mix them together, BOOM! The blend is uplifting and gives you that jolt of energy you need.

Essential Oil Diffuser Necklace For Energy
Ingredients
40 drops Cardamom Essential Oil
40 drops Blood Orange Essential Oil
5 mL bottle
Directions
- Make your master blend bottle by putting 40 drops of Cardamom Essential Oil to a 5 mL bottle.
- Next, add 40 drops of Blood Orange Essential Oil.
- Close the bottle and give it a good shake to fully incorporate the oils. To use, add 2 drops of the blend to the clay part of your necklace.
