Katie here from Simply Earth. I’m an aromatherapist and plan the subscription recipe box. All our recipes are created by aromatherapists and used by them, so you can know they’re safe. Before I went to being a full-time mom and aromatherapist, I was a middle school teacher.

This recipe takes me back to my teaching days, where at the end of the day I just needed to be done with students (even though I loved them!) and put my feet up. This recipe is something I definitely would have looked forward to after one of those days.

I love this recipe for rest and relaxation it brings after a tiring day. It’s definitely a recipe to keep on hand to get you rested and reset.
