When that light bulb turned on, I quickly ran to my oil station and concocted this easy peasy recipe for clogged nose relief. All you need are two essential oils: Ravensara and Lemon Essential Oils. The former is calming and will soothe your stuffy nose while the latter helps you feel cool and at the same time “sanitizes” you.

What’s in the Vapor Chest Roll-On?
Ravensara Essential Oil
Ravensara Essential Oil has a woody and medicinal aroma that is sure to clear up those nasal passages. This oil is known to support respiration and provide a calming sensation as well.*
Lemon Essential Oil
Lemon Essential Oil smells so fresh and sweet which helps balance out the Ravensara Essential Oil to make an amazing aroma. This stimulating oil is sure to help your respiration system.*
Fractionated Coconut Oil
Fractionated Coconut Oil is the carrier oil used in this recipe. If you have a preferred carrier oil, go ahead and use it! As long as it dilutes the essential oils, it is safe to use in this recipe.

Ease Clogged Nose with Vapor Chest Roll-On
Ingredients
8 drops Ravensara Essential Oil
4 drops Lemon Essential Oil
Fractionated Coconut Oil
10 ml Roll-On Bottle
Directions
- Add the Ravensara and Lemon Essential Oils into the roll-on bottle.
- Fill the rest of the bottle with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Swirl to mix.
- To use, apply to your chest and feel the relief!
