Grapefruit Essential Oil
To add to this blend’s summer theme, we just had to add in Grapefruit Essential Oil. I’m speaking from experience when I say that pairing the sweet and clean fragrance of this classic oil with the bright smells of the Citrus Burst Blend is like a match made in citrus heaven.
Juniper Berry Essential Oil
Last but not least, Juniper Berry Essential Oil is the unsung hero of this uplifting essential oil diffuser blend. There’s something about its sweet and sharp undertone that brings depth to your summer diffuser blend.
Things to Remember When Using Your Uplifting Essential Oil Blend
Always dilute an essential oil when using it on the skin. This recipe is unlikely to cause skin irritation when diluted properly. If the oil has been oxidized (left with the cap off for long periods of time) it is more likely to cause skin irritation. Check out this dilution chart for diluting this essential oil properly.

Citrus Summer Diffuser Blend

Shelf Life: 1 year
Ingredients
2 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
3 drops Citrus Burst Essential Oil Blend
1 drop Juniper Berry Essential Oil
Directions
- Add essential oils to a diffuser and diffuse in an open room.
- To make a master blend of this recipe, use a 5 mL bottle from your Big Bonus Box and add 33 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil, 50 drops Citrus Burst Essential Oil Blend, and 16 drops Juniper Berry Essential Oil. Shake to mix.
