Add a few drops of Home Remedy Diffuser Blend to your diffuser to help relax your mind and body, making it easier to fall asleep or take a break from work!
What I Love About This Diffuser Blend Recipe
I’m a big fan of using this home remedy diffuser blend to help me relax. I’ve found that the essential oils in this blend are the perfect combo for me – it makes rest come easy when I’m too tired and have a hard time slowing down. Plus, it smells amazing!
What’s in This Relaxing Diffuser Blend?
Relief Essential Oil Blend
Relief Essential Oil Blend was formulated to ease discomfort, but the essential oils it is composed of also promote relaxation and rest. Simply breathe in the inviting aroma to unwind after a long day.
Copaiba Essential Oil
Copaiba Essential Oil can help to center the mind and encourage a sense of calm. This oil is also thought to support wellness, so if you’re feeling run down, diffusing this oil may help give your body a little boost.
Bergamot Essential Oil
Bergamot Essential Oil is one of my favorite essential oils to use in diffuser blends. Not only does it have a lovely, uplifting scent, but it also has calming properties. Bergamot is also great for deodorizing, so it’s perfect for diffusing in any room. And because it’s an immune booster, I like to diffuse it in the winter to help keep my family healthy.
Things to Remember When Using This Recipe
Always dilute an essential oil when using it on the skin. This essential oil recipe is unlikely to cause skin irritation when diluted properly. If the oil has oxidized (been left with the cap off for long periods of time), it is more likely to cause skin irritation. Check out this dilution chart for diluting this essential oil properly.
