Harmony Diffuser Blend

Rest and relaxation is super important for a productive day. This Harmony Diffuser Blend recipe will give you that perfect balance of relaxation and motivation to help get you through the rest of your day.

What I Love About This Harmony Diffuser Blend

I love this diffuser blend since it provides that balance between calm and energy. It’s a wonderful blend to diffuse during meditation, or just when you’re trying to get things done at work or at home.

What’s in This Summer Diffuser Blend Recipe?

Cinnamon Essential Oil

Cinnamon Essential Oil has deodorizing properties so when diffused, it will surely leave your space smelling fresh. Moreover, it is also a great oil for healthy respiration.

Lemongrass Essential Oil

Like Cinnamon, Lemongrass Essential Oil is also deodorizing. It has an invigorating, fresh, lemony aroma that also cleanses the air when diffused.

Energy Essential Oil Blend

For a boost of energy, we used our special synergy blend: Energy Essential Oil Blend. Infused with Eucalyptus, Lemon, and Peppermint Essential Oils, this blend will not only boost your energy but your mood as well!

Sage Essential Oil

The earthy and floral scent of Sage Essential Oil is both calming and energizing. In a study1, the use of Sage Essential Oil greatly enhanced one’s mood.

Things to Remember When Using This Recipe

Always dilute an essential oil when using it on the skin. This essential oil recipe is unlikely to cause skin irritation when diluted properly. If the oil has oxidized (been left with the cap off for long periods of time,) it is more likely to cause skin irritation. Check out this dilution chart for diluting this essential oil properly.

Some essential oil recipes are not generally safe to use if you are pregnant. Consult your doctor prior to use.
