Things to Remember When Using This Recipe
Always dilute an essential oil when using it on the skin. This essential oil recipe is unlikely to cause skin irritation when diluted properly. If the oil has oxidized (been left with the cap off for long periods of time,) it is more likely to cause skin irritation. Check out this dilution chart for diluting this essential oil properly.
Some essential oil recipes are not generally safe to use if you are pregnant. Consult your doctor prior to use.

Fresh Vibes Aromatherapy Inhaler
Ingredients
Aromatherapy inhaler
2 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil
1 drop Sage Essential Oil
1 drop Cinnamon Essential Oil
Directions
- Remove the circular cap at the bottom of your inhaler. If the cap is difficult to remove, use a spoon to push against the side of the base of the inhaler. This will create a small gap in the base which will help you remove the bottom of the inhaler. Tip: Check out our YouTube video for this recipe for a demonstration.
- Remove the cotton wick from the inhaler and place it in a small bowl.
- Add essential oils to the cotton wick and use tweezers to replace the cotton wick back into the inhaler. Replace the base of the inhaler.
- To use, unscrew the aromatherapy inhaler’s cover, place the inhaler near your nose and inhale deeply. Use and refresh oils as needed.
