Essential Oil Roll-On Using Uplifting Essential Oils

Winter days can be tough to get through. With colder, shorter, and darker days, this season has been known to take a toll on our bodies and minds.

If you’re feeling gloomy or down this season, know that you’re not alone!

One of the best ways to combat the winter blues is through aromatherapy. This winter, Simply Earth aromatherapists concocted an essential oil roll-on recipe for anyone who needs an on-the-go boost.

What I Love About This Winter Contentment Roll-on

I’m pretty sure this roll-on was made for me. It’s perfect for on-the-go support when I need a little “happiness boost” during the cold, dark winter. Plus it smells amazing. You’re not gonna wanna put this roll-on down after you use it for the first time!

What’s in This Uplifting Recipe?

Citrus Burst Essential Oil Blend

Filled with energizing citrus oils such as Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, Orange, and Bergamot Essential Oils, Citrus Burst Essential Oil Blend has a refreshing scent that boosts the mood and promotes positivity.

Clary Sage Essential Oil

When the roll-on’s citrus aroma (top note) fades, the herbaceous, sweet, and floral scent of Clary Sage Essential Oil permeates. Clary Sage Oil has relaxing qualities that help ease stress when inhaled.

Fractionated Coconut Oil

Fractionated Coconut Oil is the carrier oil we used for this recipe. We use coconut oil among other carrier oils in roll-on recipes because it’s odorless and doesn’t affect the essential oil’s aromas.

Roll-On Bottle

Our 10ml amber-colored roll-on bottle is perfect for storing and using essential oils on the go.

Things to Remember When Using This Recipe

Always dilute an essential oil when using it on the skin. This essential oil recipe is unlikely to cause skin irritation when diluted properly. If the oil has oxidized (been left with the cap off for long periods of time), it is more likely to cause skin irritation. Check out this dilution chart for diluting this essential oil properly.

If you are pregnant, consult your doctor prior to use.

This essential oil recipe is safe to use with kids aged 10+.
