Did you know baths help you breathe easier, ease stress, relieve pain and support circulation?
A relaxing bath is a great addition to any wellness routine. However, many bath products made by big brands are made with toxic chemicals.
In this blog post, we’ll dive into how to make your own relaxing bath using toxin-free ingredients.
Relaxing Bath Recipe
There are a few bath products you may already be familiar with, like bath salts (learn to make your own here) and bath bombs.
The starring ingredients of this bath recipe are Rose Hydrosol.
Rose Hydrosol is a natural byproduct of the essential oil distilling process. Rose Essential Oil is made by cooking rose buds in water, collecting the steam, and separating the oil from the water. The water leftover from this process is Rose Hydrosol.
It smells amazing with the same properties as the oil in a much less concentrated form. The hydrosol is also much more budget-friendly than the oil, which is why we carry it at Simply Earth. Because a toxin-free home shouldn’t come with a broken budget.
