During the winter, I get addicted to lip balm. Can you relate? To avoid the chemicals found in many lip balms, I created an easy organic lip balm recipe to keep my lips nourished naturally.
What I love about this recipe, is that while my lips are being nourished by beeswax, coconut oil, and almond oil, the Farewell Scars Essential Oil Blend helps reduce blemishes on my chapped lips.
What I Love About This Recipe
- This rejuvenating lip balm keeps my lips soft and supple. It does not dry out at all!
- It is not like other commercial lip balms that feels heavy on the lips.
- I can use this balm as a moisturizer for other dry patches on my skin too.
What’s in the Organic Lip Balm Recipe?
Beeswax
Beeswax is used in countless lip balms because of the moisturizing benefits!
Solid Coconut Oil
Coconut Oil in its solid state is used in this recipe because it will easily go back to its solid state after being melted down! It also has great moisturizing benefits.
Almond Oil
Almond Oil is a great carrier oil that will dilute your essential oils and also provide great moisture to this recipe.
Farewell Scars Essential Oil Blend
Farewell Scars Essential Oil Blend is a combination of Myrrh, Helichrysum, Lavender, Rosemary, & Lemon essential oils! It is known to improve the appearance of your skin!*
Lip Balm Containers
2 Lip Balm Containers will house this recipe! There will be enough to fill up both of your containers.
Things to Remember When Using This Recipe
