What’s in This Shower Diffuser Recipe?

Lava Rock Shower Diffuser

Lava Rock is a powerhouse in essential oil use as it can absorb these aromatic wonders. Apply your favorite essential oils to the lava rock and it will soak them up, allowing for gradual evaporation and a continuous release of scent while you shower. This enhances your bathing experience and ensures that the uplifting and calming fragrances waft through the air, enveloping you in a refreshing embrace.

Tangerine Essential Oil

Tangerine Essential Oil is a vibrant aspect of the Morning Shower Diffuser recipe, known for its uplifting and centering properties. Incorporating Tangerine Oil into your morning shower will transform it into a refreshing sanctuary, allowing you to feel energized and ready to take on the day with enthusiasm.

Palmarosa Essential Oil

Renowned for its energizing and uplifting properties, Palmarosa Essential Oil has a delightful floral aroma that invigorates the spirit and calms the mind. By incorporating Palmarosa into your shower routine, you’ll enjoy its soothing scent and experience enhanced emotional stability and vitality.

Eucalyptus (Globulus) Essential Oil

Eucalyptus Essential Oil is renowned for easing seasonal discomfort and supporting respiratory health. This invigorating oil boasts a fresh, clean scent that clears the mind and promotes deeper breathing during your shower ritual.

Things to Remember When Using this Recipe

If the oil has oxidized (been left with the cap off for long periods of time,) it is more likely to cause skin irritation. Check out this dilution chart for diluting this essential oil properly.

If you are pregnant, consult your doctor prior to use.
