As we strive to provide you with the best service possible, we have some updates that are intended to make your toxin-free journey more fun and convenient. All these updates will take effect on July 1, 2022.
Price Update
Unfortunately, because of the rising price in labor, materials, and shipping, we have been forced to update our monthly Recipe Box price. We didn’t make this decision lightly, but in order to continue offering you the best essential oils and materials, it was necessary.
You now have the ability to choose your commitment level!
You can choose to receive your Simply Earth Essential Oil Recipe Box at a:
- 12-Month Commitment for $39.99
- 6-Month Commitment for $42.99
- 1-Month Commitment for $44.99
Billing and payment
Subscription box payments will still be billed monthly, and not in a lump sum.
Cancellation
Cancellation will only take effect after the last box of your subscription commitment. So, if you have a 12-month subscription and decide to cancel on the 6th month, the cancellation will only apply after your 12th box.
Subscriber Rewards Program
We are so excited to be able to give our loyal customers even more opportunities to save money!
As you continue your Recipe Box journey with Simply Earth, you will be eligible to receive special rewards in your 2nd, 4th, 7th, 10th, 13th, and future boxes.
**Note: If you’ve been a long-time Recipe Box subscriber, your July 2022 Recipe Box will count as “Box 1”, meaning August 2022 will be Box 2 where your reward will be included.
Claiming Rewards
Rewards must be claimed in order to be included in your Box.
So, after you receive your 1st box, you will be eligible for a reward. You must log into your Simply Earth profile and claim your reward before your next Recipe Box processes in order for it to be included in your next box. Failure to claim your rewards within 60 days will result in them being forfeited.
Hence, claiming rewards will be done after the 1st, 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th, and other future boxes. Don’t worry, if you are eligible for a reward, a pop-up will appear on your user profile to let you know!
Exclusive Rewards
After 13 boxes with Simply Earth, you will become eligible for our exclusive Royalty Blend! This fun, exciting, and special essential oil blend will only be available as a reward. It will never be available for purchase, so you’ll want to make sure to stick around to receive it!
Subscribers’ Discount
Finally, for our Recipe Box Subscribers, you can get 10% off for your Recipe Box add-ons–whether that be an extra ingredient, supply, or even an essential oil blend. No code is needed; the discount will automatically apply upon checkout!
Subscriber Learning Journey
Our goal at Simply Earth is to help people learn how to use essential oils, so they can confidently defeat the toxins in their life. Our brand new Learning Journey will help you see what area/s of your home you are working to improve. Master all 12 themes and become a Toxin-Free Hero!
In July 2022, everyone will receive a Learning Journey leaflet in their Recipe Box. This will allow you to conveniently document your essential oil toxin-free journey. Each Recipe Box will have a badge on your recipe sticker sheet. Add the badge to your Learning Journey to visualize the areas of your life that have become toxin free! After July 2022, the leaflet will be included in every Big Bonus Box.
