Recipe Notes

  • Children under 10 years old breathe more often than adults and are more likely to become sensitive to essential oils. They also need very little exposure to essential oils to get their benefits, that’s why we recommend diffusing it for 15 minutes or less.
  • This recipe is a great one to use in a roll on blend or on a diffuser bracelet so your child can bring it with them to school to take charge of their learning.
  • This recipe is great for adults too!
