Mandarin Essential Oil
Thanks to the anxiolytic properties that are prevalent in citrus fruits, Mandarin Essential Oil can help calm and uplift one’s mood.
Cypress Essential Oil
Another stress-soothing oil we added to this recipe is Cypress Essential Oil. Its fresh, herbaceous aroma blends well with the other oils to create a magical scent.
Head Soothing Essential Oil Blend
Head Soothing Essential Oil Blend is infused with the best essential oils for headaches. It can soothe tensions and stresses that are often the underlying cause of headaches.
Things to Remember When Using This Recipe
Always dilute an essential oil when using it on the skin. This essential oil recipe is unlikely to cause skin irritation when diluted properly. If the oil has been oxidized (left with the cap off for long periods of time) it is more likely to cause skin irritation. Check out this dilution chart for diluting this essential oil properly.

Ingredients
3 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
2 drops Mandarin Essential Oil
1 drops Cypress Essential Oil
2 drops Head Soothing Essential Oil Blend
Directions
- Add essential oils to a diffuser and diffuse in an open room for an uplifting and calming atmosphere.
- To make a master blend of this recipe, take a 5 mL bottle from your Big Bonus Box and add 37 drops Grapefruit, 25 drops Mandarin, 12 drops Cypress, and 25 drops Head Soothing Essential Oils.
