Clove Essential Oil

Ginger Essential Oil
Ginger Essential Oil adds a warm and citrus aroma to this recipe. It’s soothing and warming properties help this recipe deliver the punch it needs to!
Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint Essential Oil has a sharp and minty aroma. it has soothing properties that allow this recipe to work its magic in helping headaches and muscle pain.
Wintergreen Essential Oil
Wintergreen Essential Oil is known for its muscle relief properties! It is quite an intense oil though, so make sure to thoroughly read all the safety measures before using it.
10 ml Roll-On Bottle
A 10ml glass roll-on bottle is the perfect size for quick and easy access wherever you may go!
Carrier oil of your choice (I used fractionated coconut oil). This is needed to properly dilute the potent essential oils and make it safe to use on your skin.

Head and Muscle Pain Roll-On Recipe
DIY Headache and Muscle Pain Soothing Roll-On
5 drops of Clove Essential Oil
6 drops of Ginger Essential Oil
9 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
9 drops of Wintergreen Essential Oil
Carrier oil of your choice (I used fractionated coconut oil)
10ml glass roll-on bottle
- Using your dropper or oil bottle, carefully drop the essential oils into the roll-on container.
- Fill the rest of the container with your carrier oil.
- Close bottle tightly, swirl to mix, and store in a cool dark place.
