What is Natrasorb Bath Powder?

If you look up the INCI of Natrasorb Bath Powder, you’ll see that it’s listed as Tapioca Starch. However, this isn’t the regular tapioca starch you find in the baking aisle at your local grocery store.

Natrasorb Bath Powder is modified to be able to absorb and carry large amounts of oil carrier oils, oil mixtures, and essential oils. This allows your products to hold onto their aromas longer and mix better with other dry ingredients like bath salts or bath bomb mixes.

By utilizing Natrasorb, you’ll be able to create unique experiences, enhance sensorial effects, and improve oil control in your DIY bath products – all while maintaining the desired aroma.

Benefits of Natrasorb Bath Powder

Effective Oil Absorption

Say goodbye to slippery bathtubs and hello to a relaxing, oil-infused soak with Natrasorb Powder. This amazing ingredient effectively absorbs oils in bath bombs and salt recipes, preventing them from separating and creating blobs on the water’s surface. Unlike other powder ingredients, Natrasorb dissolves instantly upon contact with water, releasing the oils and spreading them throughout the tub for an even, enjoyable experience.

Improved Fragrance Retention

The benefits of this innovative ingredient are truly remarkable, particularly when it comes to fragrance retention. By improving emulsion stability, Natrasorb Powder ensures that the scents you love stay around longer, enhancing your enjoyment of any space.

Silky After-Feel

Natrasorb Powder is a game-changer when it comes to achieving a silky and powdery after-feel on your skin. Not only will it create a silky feeling in the water, but it will also leave your skin feeling hydrated and nourished, making it the perfect addition to your beauty routine.

Natural

Natrasorb Powder is a perfect example of a versatile ingredient that is gentle on both the environment and your skin. This all-natural powder is biodegradable, making it a more sustainable option than traditional fillers or binders. Additionally, it replaces talc, a controversial ingredient that has drawn scrutiny for health concerns. Natrasorb Powder is non-hazardous, making it safe for long-term use.

Cost-Effective

When it comes to finding the perfect ingredients for any project or recipe, the cost is always a factor to consider. That’s why Natrasorb Powder should be at the top of your list. Not only is it an excellent absorber of oils and liquids, but it is also incredibly cost-effective. Whether you are adding it to your cosmetics, dry shampoo, or even your DIY project, Natrasorb Powder provides so many benefits at a fraction of the price of other options.

How to Use Natrasorb Bath Powder

Natrasorb Bath Powder is a very light, fluffy powder that’s easy to use. Just add it to your oil mixture until you reach your desired consistency. You’ll typically use it from 2-75% of your DIY recipe, but it’s safe in any amount for cosmetic products.

Add a small amount to lip balms, body butter, and lotions to help reduce greasiness. Add a larger amount to bath products to turn your oils into scented powders.

In the attached recipes, I’ve given you exact measurements to take out the guesswork of using Natrasorb Bath Powder. However, you may be wanting to use it in your own custom recipes. In that case, I recommend experimenting. Create a couple batches of your product using different amounts to determine your ideal usage rate.

While Natrasorb Bath Powder helps disperse oils throughout your tub, it isn’t an emulsifier or a carrier oil. It won’t dilute essential oils or create a homogenous mixture with your bath water. Be sure to include an emulsifier or carrier oil in your recipe to safely dilute the essential oils.
