Happy Joy Essential Oil Blend
Happy Joy Essential Oil Blend is a stress relief essential oil blend composed of Geranium, Sweet Orange, Grapefruit, and Ylang Ylang essential oils. It is one of the best smelling essential oil blends we sell!
Almond Oil
Almond Oil is the carrier oil used in this recipe! A carrier oil is a vegetable- or seed-based oil that dilutes the essential oil. Diluting an essential oil makes it safe to apply to your skin and is especially important if you have sensitive skin. We list Almond Oil in this recipe, but any carrier oil will work; some other great options are Fractionated Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Camellia Seed Oil, or Meadowfoam Seed Oil.
10 ml Roll-On Bottle
The Roll-On Bottle allows you to take your essential oil blends with you wherever you go.
Things to Remember When Using This Roll-On
Because of the Ylang-Ylang Essential Oil, this roll-on is not recommended for those with sensitive skin. Always dilute essential oils before using it topically. Failing to do so can cause irritation. Check out this handy dilution chart we created for topical use.

Happy Joy Roll-On: DIY Stress Relief Essential Oil Blend
Ingredients
6 drops Happy Joy Essential Oil Blend
Almond Oil (approx. 10 ml)
10 ml roll-on bottle
Directions
- Add Happy Joy Essential Oil Blend to the roll-on bottle.
- Fill the bottle the rest of the way with your Almond Oil.
- To use, apply your stress relief essential oil blend to pulse points to promote feelings of happiness and joy.
