Glitter & Gold Shower Steamer
Ingredients
- FROM YOUR BOX
1 tsp Coconut Oil (solid)
3 drops Citrus Burst Essential Oil Blend
2 drops Copaiba Essential Oil
1/8 tsp Yellow Gold Mica Powder
1/4 tsp Fractionated Coconut Oil
Round silicone mold*
- FROM YOUR HOME
¼ cup baking soda

Directions
- Melt the coconut oil in a double boiler (or microwave in a small heat-safe bowl using short intervals).
- Mix in essential oils.
- Stir in the baking soda until evenly combined.
- Hold some of the mixture in your hand and squeeze, then release. If the mixture holds together, pack it into the mold. If the mixture crumbles, add a few drops of Fractionated Coconut Oil and stir until it reaches the right consistency.
- Pack the mixture into the mold and place it into the fridge to set (about one hour).
- Gently and carefully remove the steamer from the mold.
- In a small bowl, mix Fractionated Coconut Oil and Mica Powder. Use a paintbrush to paint a design onto the shower steamer—store the steamer in a sealable container.
- To use, place the steamer on the floor of the shower. The hot water from the shower will break up the steamer, transferring the essential oil into the air for an uplifting aroma.
